I am a Canadian citizen who has been living in the US for 50+ years. I am retiring to Newfoundland. I reached out to Rosemary after reading reviews online from other clients. My entire transaction, from search to closing, was done remotely. Her knowledge, expertise, and honesty has been invaluable. I would highly recommend.
