Hello, Ryan reached out to me and asked if we would like him to be our realtor, I wasn't looking for one, but I said why not. He sent me the link for one home and told me to check out the listings and let him know which houses and when I'd like to see them. So I opened the one home link, it had his name on it and everything so I, on the website requested multiple showings of different homes. After not hearing back for 2 weeks, I contacted him via text message. He was very short with me when I told him I'd been requesting showings through the one home portal he had sent me and said okay "text them when you can"? Why would he send me to one home with the request showing feature? And why be rude about it? I'm not sure. it was very off-putting. Desperate to find a place, I texted him the address and time I wanted a showing, he completely ignored me. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by Ryan Cavasin. I would not reccomend him or his company to a friend.
