I just successfully had my midtown condo leased out through Ryan. I've worked with many real estate agents over the years, both in Canada and abroad, and Ryan is one of the best. He's professional, conscientious and very attentive to details. He always put my interest first. He knew the property inside out. He offered me many useful advice and took the lead on listing, marketing the property, negotiating with potential tenants, vetting them, etc. The property was leased out much sooner than I expected and at a rate I'm very happy with. I'd be happy to work with Ryan again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
