When I decided to sell my home in Ottawa 3 years ago, a neighbour had recommended Ryan Cooper at 1% realtors. Wow!!! Did I make the right choice. Ryan got not only got our full asking price, but got over market share for my neighbourhood. Now 3 years later we decided to again move. Foolishly I fell into the allure of the gimmicks of other Realtors promising unattainable market shares with “ the lowest percentage point” fees. That is of course until you do your due diligence only to discover their assertions are unattainable. We came to our senses and went to who we know...Ryan Cooper. Again Ryan came through in spades. Even during this unprecedented times, He again got us full asking price which again was above market value. Not only is Ryan a great and ethical realtor, he is a decent human being, who during his visits to both of our properties seemed like he belonged, like an old friend.
