After trying to work with a few realtors in the city, we were glad to find Ryan. He was respectful, very knowledgeable (he identified issues that my inspector missed!) and professional. He did not put any pressure on us but instead counselled us when we asked for it and gave us time to pause and reflect when we needed it. We truly felt like he was on our side when it came to negotiation, as we got a deal below the budget we set for ourselves. We’d recommend Ryan over pretty much any other realtor in the city.
