Ryan was fantastic from start to finish and even after the sale. He was incredibly knowledgable, responsive, compassionate and considered all of our wants and needs incredibly. If we saw a house, or sent him a listing, he would be entirely transparent if that would be a good buy for us or not, regardless of how easy it may have been for him. Ryan was very active and used various tools to help us find our perfect home. He is also well connected within the community. From mortgage brokers (which we used), finance specialists, contractors, services, insurance agents and the list goes on. Ryan was open to different ideas and was always up for a laugh. He was flexible and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Even after the sale, we are able to message him with questions or comments about various things and he is still 100% there and willing to help where he can. I would recommend Ryan over and over again! He truly made the most stressful process, easy.
