We started our property upgrade process in the beginning of March 2021 and we finally moved into our new house in Dec 2021. During this period, we renovated our existing house (semi-detached), went through extended periods of doubts (if our renovaated house will sell well?) and anxieties about the super hot market (if we will get the new house within our budget).
