Sam did a great job helping us buy our first home. We were super nervous to jump into buying a house, but he made everything feel approachable and easy. He was with us every step of the way and even gave recommendations to lawyers and mortgage brokers who would be a good fit for us. He was always checking in with us and sending us listings we didn't see or hadn't considered. We ended up with a house that was even better than we had hoped and hit almost all of our "must-haves". He is very capable and knowledgeable and was happy to answer all the numerous questions I had about the process. He was really flexible in working with our busy schedule to show homes we were interested in and I appreciated his knowledge in pointing out potential downsides or upsides to each property we viewed. Can't recommend Sam enough!
