We ended up finding a home to lease on our own. If we had perfect credit we wouldn't be leasing a home right now. We felt our time was wasted with properties that only wanted to look for tennants with really high credit scores, and the one property we really wanted he didn't try to fight for us to get it. We were told to forget about that one and subsequently have to change our kids schools. When we went on our own looking, we were offered tennancy in 2 of the 2 homes we looked at. After 2 solid weeks of looking, we found our home in a wknd.

Reply: I am glad that you are honest about your concerns but I have clients with excellent credit who get refused it all depends on the discretion of the landlord they might have other offers more suitable for them. I did fight for you and also called you if you got your place and you told me you did get your place, the reason I called you because I spoke to the listing agent and they were going to look at your file again. I was willing to show you more properties but you adviced you want to go on your own.
