Sam Pond is among the most professional and dedicated real estate agents I have encountered. He exceeded expectations to keep our transaction smooth from beginning to end. He is highly knowledgeable, very responsive, and an excellent negotiator. He maintains contacts for every service or contractor you might need, from condo document review to home inspection, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. We were unsure about what to buy at first, but Sam noted our preferences and identified strong options. We viewed only a few homes before unexpectedly falling in love with the last one. Sam helped us negotiate and handle several challenges, guiding us through each step with great patience. He communicated promptly and quickly. His expertise in the Calgary market is outstanding and supported a fair offer. He listened carefully and never pressured us. We would certainly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Five stars all the way!!!
