After being in the same home for 26 years, we decided it was time to downsize. Knowing nothing about the current real estate process, we attended a couple of open houses in a 55+ complex we had our eye on. Sam had a listing there so we met him at the open house. We immediately liked and trusted him, so needing a realtor to help us buy our next home we asked for his help in purchasing a new place. We had many and I mean many questions, which Sam answered knowledgeably with respect and patience, always getting back to us in a timely manner. He gave us points to ponder which helped with our decision making. We found him to be very supportive, not only in guiding our purchase, but also with many referrals to highly competent sub-contractors: financing, inspections, HVAC, plumbing to name a few. We could not give him a place to sell as our home was a private sale to the kids, but he is going to list their current home and I’m sure they are as appreciative of Sam’s knowledge and persona as we are. We sincerely hope he will act as our realtor for any future moves.
