Sam is a fantastic Realtor. We began browsing properties in early 2024. We were planning on buying within a year or two and wanted to see what was on the market and educate ourselves on the process of property purchasing. Sam was clear and concise at explaining each step of the process. He also viewed many properties with us, being patient and helping us determine the type of property we wanted. After a month of browsing, we started to have a confident idea of what we wanted and began saving. Between 2024 and May 2026, Sam checked in and sent property advertisements that met our needs. He was not pushy. He was patient and understanding that this decision was one that would take time. In May 2026, we went to an open house that ticked all the boxes. Sam guided the negotiations and once a price was settled, he was there every step of the way. The closure date was towards the end of May so a lot of the steps needed to be completed in a timely manner. If it wasn't for Sam's knowledge and help, I'm not sure we would have moved into our perfect property. My partner and I highly recommend Sam!
