I am very disappointed with Sama. She acted as our agent to purchase a condo and was not forthcoming about a malfunctioning HVAC AC/heating unit. She also recommended an inspector who did not identify the corrosion in the HVAC unit (Sam Honarparvar/Amp Power). The unit has to be replaced at a cost of greater than $6,000. I strongly recommend staying away from both of these persons with anything related to real estate/home inspection).
