This is the 4th time that I am using Samantha's services. The first time was to buy my home and the subsequent times were to rent out the rental unit in my house. I find Samantha to be thorough, detail oriented, professional and very accommodating. She was always helpful, answering any question I had, readily available, realistic and truthful. I didn't need to second guess anything and she quickly found me excellent tenants (several times now) and made what could have been a very stressful transition, trouble free and smooth.
