I've written a review for Samantha before for the sale of my condo and am more than happy to write one for the purchase of my current home. Samantha is fantastic!!! Full Stop. I had some criteria/circumstances that made my search more difficult but she was able to find the perfect place for me. She walked me through the entire process. Provided sound advice for properties that would not have been a good fit for me. She negotiated a price that was within my budget. Samantha did this all with grace, knowledge, and professionalism that I think sets her apart from other realtors.
