My husband and I worked with Samantha to purchase our first home in the middle of the craziness of the real estate market in 2021. It was a totally new experience for us and we were thrilled with Samantha. Not only was she responsive and on top of things, she was great with answering our endless questions, and helped us to develop a strategy for finding the home that was a good fit for us, but she also provided us with quality recommendations for resources to help with the next steps beyond finding and successfully putting an offer on a house (mortgage broker, real estate lawyer, etc.). She was even game to drive around Southern and Central Ontario to help us find the right place, even though it took up a lot of her valuable time. We plan to continue to work with Samantha as much as possible in the future when we are looking to make our next moves.
