Because Samara was everything I hoped for in a realtor –honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, smart, gracious, patient, prepared, reliable, efficient, pro-active and quick to respond–, I am the happy owner of the kind of place that I always wanted but thought I could never get anymore (especially in this economic climate). In addition to providing extensive property information at the drop of a hat (thanks to Sandra and Michelle, her super responsive team), her insight on the current market state let me make more informed decisions that not only prevented me from buying property I would later regret, but got me to act fast when the time was right. Thanks to her prowess for negotiation, my offer was accepted in a bidding war and the road to closing the sale was stress-free for me with the help of the highly capable inspectors and notary she recommended. It’s been about 2 weeks since I took possession of the property. When I’m in it, I still marvel at how it’s in such a well-appointed area that fit my budget which I got a lot sooner than I thought; this is testament to how good Samara is at what she does. She was right, I got the property meant for me. :)
