Rude and unprofessional - sale nearly cancelled because her only concern was her commission. Additional complications because she decided to go on vacation in the middle of closing, where she was unreachable and made no arrangements for a backup. I've had 7 real estate transactions over the past 22 years, and this is the only one where a realtor's integrity and ethics have come in to question.
