As a first time house buyer. And not really knowing what we were walking into Sam was absolutely perfect to deal with in everyway, he was amazing at listening to exactly what we wanted for a house and didn't pressure us for anything that we weren't exactly looking for unlike some other Realtors who just want to make more bang for their buck. Sam without hesitation got everything we were looking for together sent us multiple houses to look at and was great at working with our schedule in order to view houses even went out of his way to show us some stuff out of town, he was very punctual with replying, didn't matter the form of communication, text, phone call, email. Always had a reply in less than 24 hours. Sometimes as fast as 15 mins (even if it was to just let us know he was busy at the moment and would call us back soon which he always did.) Sam never left anything unfinished or unanswered, never made us feel inferior or stupid with any questions we had, and did his research for anything we wanted to know. Sam is an incredibly talented professional who I would recommend to everyone and anyone who is either looking, buying or selling I honestly can't say enough good stuff about him, right from the beginning to the very end of it he was as always there for us. Sam is your guy for any housing needs! , although we plan to live in our house for quite a while, we look forward to working with him again, when we decide to sell, and upgrade.
