I can't overstate how much effort Sam put in to helping us find a home. My partner & I are First Time Home Buyers, and entered the market when it was at it's most competitive. After seeing countless homes with Sam I can't speak highly enough of how much of a help he was. Seeing houses go for so much over asking got so discouraging that I kept continuously expecting to just give up and call it a day but Sam was determined to see us find a place that we could call home. He quickly learned our priorities and what elements we were or were not comfortable with in a home and continuously made excellent recommendations. He was always responsive and quick to get things lined up for an opportunity, as well as always willing to provide his honest advice.
