When it came to listing price, Sandeep saw the value in what we were offering and we ended up listing it for more than we originally thought we could. When it came to offer date, we ended up with multiple offers; for more than we ever thought. We ended up setting a record for our condo corporation, and all in a market where others had told us it was "a bad time for condo sales".
