I have used Sandra Pike for two home sales in the past. My first sale in Dartmouth back in 2017, my home was listed for a year before I switched to Sandra. She was able to come in, help with staging/ideas, listed and sold in 2 months. Back in 2020 we sold again and Sandra was our go to for that sale as well. Again, listed and sold within a month. If I were to sell again, Sandra would be who I go with again.
