Sandra was very nice and has a bubbly personality, but her team lacks professionalism. Typos in communications and errors in the purchase agreement were frequent. We have also heard that she and her team had spoken to other clients about us, and they were talking to us about their previous clients, which is a clear breach of confidentiality. The team helped us find a fantastic home with a great builder (new construction) and the transaction closed smoothly. However, I would say that this was because of the additional efforts that we had to make, not necessarily because of Sandra's team. Again, they are very nice, bubbly, and are easy to talk to, but they are not the most professional. I will admit that I have worked in the real estate industry and might have higher standards than the average client, so take my comments with a grain of salt.
