When we were looking for our first house, we had told Sandra of our restrictions based on our work and she compassionately guided us through the process of buying a house. She has such an in-depth knowledge of the area, as well as the step by step process of buying a house. She is direct and thinks through each step logically and reasonably. If she doesn’t know the answer, as silly as the question may be, she goes out and asks, then comes back with an answer almost immediately. Sandra takes the time to get to know her clients. You are never forgotten about. She even brings you treats on the holidays, which always harkens back to our effortless time together buying our house. When it came time to sell our house, we knew there was only one realtor who could do the job. We called Sandra again to sell our beloved home. Not only did she find us buyers, but we never even got to list our house on the market because she found a couple who were interested in our property! We did an exclusive sale and within a month we had a conditional offer!! Sandra, once again, used her knowledge of the area, as well as her connections with other realtors, to sell our home quickly and with ease. She walked us through the process of selling our home and, lo and behold, it was sold! If only Realtors could travel along with us, wherever we went, then I would be happy and content in knowing that whatever home we buy, Sandra would take care of us and our home. But unfortunately, that’s not the reality we live in. So I am happy and content in having Sandra as our Realtor for the short time we had her.
