Contacted Sandra from a flyer in the mailbox to get an idea of a sales value for my home due to a job opportunity that arose. She took the time to discuss and explain options for listing the house and noted the pros and cons with them (including bus’s only ever listed but she explained the presentation of offers option which we ultimately used). She managed to get an open house in place during the short window of time we set as a goal to list the house and have a presentation of offers, all successfully completed. As part of knowing where I would be relocating she reached out to colleagues from the area as she was busy enough within Saskatoon and noted her colleagues would be more knowledgeable for the new area but she would also be open to working with me if desired. Her referral was great to work with as well. She was easy to reach when needed and worked with my schedule once I started the out of town job when finalizing the transaction.
