As Seniors, we have had several dealings with real estate agents over the years. Sandra has restored our respect for agents after guiding us thru an out of province purchase all done on line. As seniors, computer transactions are NOT our forte, but by following Sandra's directives , she made it happen ! Even after we complicated the transaction halve way thru, she doubled her efforts and saved the entire transaction! She also retained a lawyer in her province to oversee our purchase. I will close by saying this. If Sandra can handle the out of province , on line, transaction with a couple of technology challenged seniors , I would ask her help with whatever real estate needs , selling, or purchase , in or out of province, in our future.
