Annie was the most unreasonable landlord I have ever experienced. She wanted me to sign a lease that stated should the appliances quit working, I would be responsible for half of the cost of replacement. The maintenance is abhorrent leading unsafe living conditions resulting in theft of personal property and assault. DO NOT TRANSACT WITH HER.
