Do not deal with this woman, She is very unprofessional to deal with and will rip you off at any time. I rented from her and she charged me a lot of repairs from previous tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM HER!!!

Reply: Hi Terra, you damaged the property , we absorbed a lot of those costs and only charged you a small portion , and RTDRS officer deemed that we are reasonable as well. Sorry that is all we could do for you .
