Seemed very unprofessional. Not very responsive to messages. She didn't seem to care to much about deadlines and wasn't very up to date on certain protocols. She seemed to care more about what worked better for her not the client.

Sometime September can get hectic and taking on new clients can get difficult. But I assure you that if I had signed you up as a client your interests would always be put before myown.
