Sarah was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our whole process of selling and endeavouring to buy, but ultimately deciding to wait. She was patient with us when we changed our minds several times and explored different options. She assisted us in considering the idea of a buying a MASSIVE fixer upper. After realizing it was not the right time for us to embark on that project, she remained available and diligent as we continued our search. When we ultimately decided to sell and wait before buying, her knowledge and advice enabled us to feel confident in our negotiations and satisfied with the end result. We will absolutely ask her to be our realtor again in the future!
