I came to Sarah after meeting with all the banks in town and being denied for a mortgage to buy my ex husband out of our family home because I had no credit and very low income due to the fact my husband had handled all finances. Needless to say it was a very stressful time for me but as soon as I sat down in Sarah’s office and explained the whole situation she immediately told me that she could help me…and she did! I bought him out and now I am sole owner of my house. As I had never done anything like that on my own before I needed to ask a million questions and have her explain everything to me multiple times but she always answers all my questions right away…no matter how many times she already had…and just reassured me that it was good I asked her to explain again if I was unsure of anything. I will definitely be going to Sarah now for all my mortgage needs for now on.
