Best realtor I have ever had. So much support and knowledge. Calm when things were difficult. Took on a subject to sale offer for us on a condo then sold our home quickly in a challenging market. Many realtors dislike subject to sale, but not Sarah. As seniors we were supported and she really had our backs. Highly recommend. Expecting seniors to sell their homes with no where to go is not reasonable, and she gets that. Lock down what you want, then go for it!
