I have bought and sold a lot of real estate, but in all my years I have never had such amazing support as I had from Sarah and her team. It is a difficult market, and many realtors dislike doing 'subject to sale' deals. But not Sarah, as she said, "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take". So she went on the ride with us. Ours sold quickly and we found a really fabulous condo which will be so much less work for us. WIN, WIN, do not hesitate to call on her services. When things get crazy she is the calm in the storm, thank you Sarah!
