Sarah Toop listed my house. I was greedy and wanted it listed high, and she told me what she thought we'd actually get for it. Her guess was basically bang on. Her and the staff were great, came and set up the house nicely for the pictures, communicated well. I'd recommend anyone to use Sarah and team to list their house.
