Sarah is top selling realtor because she expects you to drop your pants. She made us price our home $100,000 less because she claimed the bank appraisal wouldn't appraise our home for what we wanted. Sure enough we were right! As well, I had to tell her what to put in the write up for the MLS listing. What she wrote had many errors and was to short. I feel she really slapped up our house for sale and didn't earn what the exacerbated fee was. Never again!
