Sat was excellent at keeping us updated, sending us leads, making recommendations. He never rushed us and always ensured that we were happy with our choices. I think the thing that stood out the most about him was that he was very patient. I don't think our sale even registered in his top 50% of sales, but he treated us like we were his most important clients.
