Scott handled both our purchase and our sale. This is the second time we have used Scott’s services as he also handled both our purchase and sale in 2017-2018. As always Scott went above and beyond for us, nothing was or is too much trouble. His knowledge of construction is so valuable when purchasing a property, he has been able to advise us on things like building a suite, adding a pool and many other smaller projects. Scott is very professional and always available, especially when closing a deal. He never rushes you when doing viewings as he appreciates the enormity of the decision to buy the right property. Scott knows the Kelowna housing market very well and we will definitely be calling upon his services if we decide to move again!
