I really am very happy about connecting with Scott and the Broady team. The homeowner's club is a fantastic idea ! I had seen the flyers a few times and it caught my attention with the idea of becoming be part of a club that offers so many services without the pressure to move or sell. I wasn't looking to move or sell, but did want to be educated on the market and sales in my area. I was also intrigued in regards to what service providers and renovation advice was connected to the club. The experience so far has exceeded my expectations. I have always had an interest in the real-estate market, but this club offers so much more - access to professional real estate advisors, links to service providers, renovation ideas/guidance and a realistic evaluation of my own property. Definitely this will help me plan ahead and be prepared for future decisions - whether it involves moving or renovating. I'm very happy I joined and I would highly recommend it for current or future homeowners A truly valuable experience and looking forward to continuing my journey with the Broady-Windsor group
