Scott went above & beyond, he helped me get my very first house. I knew nothing of what what I needed to know, but he was wonderfully patient & understanding with my family & my complete lack of knowledge. He showed me places & properties of all kinds to help me figure out what it was I really wanted and needed, stuff I didn’t realize I wanted or needed until I saw it. He was thoughtful enough to bring coffee to our meet-ups and reached out to loads of resources for me to research neighbourhoods and get hooked up with a lawyer, mortgage broker & house inspector. 10/10!
