Scott is by far the most amazing Agent anyone could ever need. Some go over and beyond the call. Scott went to the moon and back for us. I had lost my job so we were forced to sell and downsize. It was a very painful and emotional time for us. Imagine having to sell a house with a beautiful pool, cabana hut with washroom and bar, and 7 recliner seating home theatre with bar and billiards area - then to go shopping for a house that's half as small while still being unemployed!! That was us. First of all, he sells our house astronomically over asking price. This got us to shop for something a little bit nicer than anticipated. However, anything he took us to, just couldn't measure up as we were unwilling to let go of certain features. Scott was incredibly patient. House after house, and we couldn't find one we liked. But this is where his personality and amazing character traits really shone through. He just kept on keeping on. We were stubborn with high expectations and he always was gentle bringing us back to reality with what we could afford. To take matters to another level, he mentioned me to someone he knew in my field of expertise, which then lead me to getting a job!!! And just at that same time we finally found a house we liked. A brand new home 80% complete that was listed through another agent he's dealt with in the past. He even negotiated the price that was already set firm and non-negotiable, even asking for features he knew we couldn't live without - and he got them in the deal. 3,400 downsized to 2,300 sqft. Scott knew full and well it was impossible to find us a dream home, but promised to find us a beautiful one, and that he definitely did. If you're reading any negative reviews about Scott, try and ask yourself, how does an agent excel so amazingly above expectations with one client, but receive a rotten review from another? Maybe it's a personality clash? Maybe it's the inability to trust a skillful agents instincts? I don't know, but I have yet to see an agent of his calibre. 100% recommend going with Scott. Thank you Scott for all you've done for us, even bringing your trailer to help us run trash to the dump. You're a blessing and a treasure and we owe you a life of thanks.
