Did not initiate or propose any viewings, did not address questions or concerns, did not review contracts with me at all and when I missed one contingency stated it was my fault. Like dude, i may have missed it but as my realtor why didnt you point it out since it came thru you via the sellers realtor? He basically did nothing and was of zero value. Perhaps he has grown since that time. If so, great. If not there is no way I would recommend him
