Great experience with Scott buying and selling our house. Selling went very smoothly. We took his advice on staging and landscaping; way less work than we thought necessary, and it sold in no time. Buying was a little different. We were rather picky about location, and while nothing was available in the area we were hoping for, Scott managed to find us an unlisted property in the desired strata, which is now our house.
