went with Sean Leahy to sell my house at 49849. My advice would be to get someone else. He with his assistant screwed me out of thousands by not telling me that I would be paying for the buyers closing costs. He could care less when I confronted him about it. Hottest home selling market earlier in 2021 and now, so why would I have to pay that along with all the fees?!?!  After the initial meeting he didnt have time for me and never showed his sorry face again!
