Working with Sean Millar was an absolute pleasure, once more. Yes, Sean already helped me sell and buy my previous properties….it should tell you something no ! SO I just wanted to drop a few lines to thank Sean Millar for helping me finding the best fit for my need and especially my VERY strict budget. Thanks to him, my condo sold at 98% of asking price and the deal on my new one closed substantially below asking (enough that will allow me to do the renovations I want). He carefully listened to my needs and concerns to ensure that the process would be smooth as possible. Market insights helped me make more accretive decisions and communication was excellent. Sean is always reachable which for me was also very important, EVEN while on vacations (true fact). And when time came to close the deal, his great negotiation skills came through.
