I met seema through a friend in 2025...i bought a pre construction unit through a realtor who i met in Facebook via developers advertisements in 2022...I was not looking to complete the purchase based on my own finances and priority..since everyone was making money i thought I will also make some by selling assignment....market turned north and thing were completely different...seema in this dire market conditions tried her best to find buyers....she also got a few but offers were less as overall marlet was going through a different sentiment.she gave me a professional suggestion of keeping the property as its not the sellers market...since market was much different in 2026 compared to 2022 ...she educated me and helped me to negotiate the price with the developer and helped me in my closing process ...now we are ready to list it for the rent...semma is one of those few people who i have met so far who is really passionate about what she does and beleives in offering best to her allies..has years of experience and knowledge which is helping her clients stay ahead and feel safe in their real estate transactions...
