Seth was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and patient with us through our whole selling/buying experience. He made us feel like we were his only clients (although we couldn't have been - this realtor is a GEM). His advice was great, as he made me take notice of things in the buying process I may not have considered (and for what its worth, the home we ended up purchasing was at the lower end of the budget - he could have steered us toward higher priced homes, but wanted to get us in the one that was right for us!). The resources provided sold our home quickly and for a fair price. We would certainly use Seth again and have already recommend him to others.
