HE'S TERRIBLE! HE NEVER SHOWED UP! We confirmed multiple times with him we wanted to view a house in Kitchener on Saturday, and he said he'd be there between 11am-12pm (he requested a long time range as he was driving in from Toronto). HE NEVER SHOWED! We knocked on the door and the poor homeowners had no idea he'd promised to show us the home and they said they'd actually post-poned the sale of their house, yet he tried to scam all of us!

Reply: I am so so sorry if you are thinking so. In your email it was been told that we will visit in morning or early afternoon and if you check your phone I called you on the day around noon I had booked time from 1:30 to 2:30 with my clients. I drove to Kitchner but you were not responding the phone. Sorry that you went there but without my confirmation of time and without myself or other licienced realter how the sellers could allow you to see the property. Anyway I unconditionally apologize for the time you wasted and effort you made and also there was some misunderstanding I had shared the phone number with you I don’t know in case on any inconvenience I was expecting your call and again the I called your number and I can prove that I traveled their only for you guys. if you are still intrested I will come and show you that and other properties as well.
