He took us around on all the houses we wanted to see, gave us briefing on the community, neighbourhood, pro/con of each location, etc. This was greatly valuable for someone who is new to Ottawa. He wants you to take time to allow you to make decisions that is best for you, but at the same time, he would also advise you to pull the trigger so you do not lose out on a good deal. During our purchase, he managed to get us a house before it was even listed to avoid a huge bidding war. Flexible, responsive, responsible, professional, his excellent work deserves every praise and the pay! I will hire him again when i sell.
