We randomly picked a realtor in the Moncton area to look into a house we found online. That realtor was Shania Morrison, we lucked out, easily the best realtor we've used. Very down to earth and friendly! We did everything except a single house viewing remotely and Shania did a lot of the footwork for us. She went above and beyond to help us negotiate and source quotes for repairs. Highly recommend!
