Shania was so helpful and more. This was my first home and I will try my best to put into words how helpful and knowledgeable about homes, and other related aspects, she is. She helped me find a home inspector, insurance, plumbing, electrical and so much more. She was with me every step of the way and after as well! I have had more questions about the home after I have already moved in and with no hesitation, Shania got back to me and to the best of her ability helped me.
